What We Do
Harvest Solar is a family-owned solar company with 15 years designing, engineering, and installing turnkey solar solutions for agribusiness, commercial, and EPC customers across the Midwest. We got our start on the farm and specialize in the energy demands of grain elevators, dryers, and bins, handling site assessment, design, permitting, and installation in-house.
Grain Case Study: Chaffin Farms
Facing rising utility costs tied to grain bin operations, Chaffin Farms partnered with Harvest Solar on a 520.56kW ground-mounted array generating approximately 689,410 kWh per year. Results: $71,734 in annual savings, $4,484,135 projected over 30 years, and a 2.4-year ROI, plus a CO2 offset equal to burning 15M+ lbs of coal.
Harvest Solar: cutting energy costs, hedging against utility rate volatility.
